Considering the Montepulciano City Tour hop on hop off bus to make it easier for the senior citizen in our group to navigate this steep town during our day trip. I haven't found many recent reviews to assess whether the bus is reliable and useful or not. Anyone have recent experiences to share?

Honestly I can’t imagine how that would work in Montepuciano
If you start at top of town and walk down you’ll eliminate the steep climbing up.
You can catch the little bus at bottom of town near the TI
Get your bus tix at the TI
Get off at Piazza Grande ( lask driver to announce as it is not evident)

ChristineH, thank you for the detailed suggestion! It's getting to the top that's the issue, and we are brainstorming ways to make that easier for the senior citizen in our group.
