I would appreciate Montepulciano area weekly villa rental recommendations for at least 4 couples.
Our musts are:
1) Within approx 5 miles driving distance to Montepulciano
2) At least 4 bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom with shower (no hand held showers)
3) A/C in at least the bedrooms and living area
4) Pool
5) No smoking policy
6) Parking
High Wants:
1) Outdoor dining table seating at least 8 people
2) Outdoor seating area
3) King size or twin beds in each of the above 4 ensuite bedrooms
Wants:
1) Ability to hire private chef for 2 or 3 evening meals
2) Ability to walk to small village with restaurant(s) or Montepulciano center

Relais San Bruno on the outskirts of Montepulciano........it is wonderful.

Unfortunately, Relias San Bruno is closed. Try Le Terre di Nunzio (http://www.leterredinunzio.com/en/) - it's a 5 minute drive to town, he has a pool and large enough for 4 couples. Not sure about the rest of your requirements.
If that doesn't work out, there is a B&B close to Nunzio's called Fonte Martino (https://www.fontemartino.com). You can check with them, but I am pretty sure that only have 3 rooms.
