We will be staying in Montalcino for 4 nights. I had heard about Solatio Organic Farm where you can stroll the vineyard, wine tasting & the owners make you a lovely dinner with wine pairings. It sounds like more of an experience than a tour. Unfortunately, Solatio is an hour away from Montalcino. Does anyone know of something exactly like this closer to Montalcino. We will be traveling by taxi.

Taking a very delicious, fun and informative winery tour with Tours by Roberto this past April, we had a stop at the Santa Guilia winery/farm www.santagiuliamontalcino.it which was truly fabulous. Highly, highly recommend. Google maps say it is 11.8km/18 minutes from Montalcino.
