Exploring Puglia next May 2025. We have three days to use Monopoli as our home base. We have a car so parking is necessary. Second time in Puglia but have stayed in Lecce last time. Any help is appreciated. I wish Rick would do more in this area and in southern Italy in general. He is our main info source on all our other trips.

I always start with Booking.com. That trip, I rented an apartment from https://helloapulia.com/en/. We parked on the street and it was not difficult (this was also May, but several years ago). If you drive in and out of Lecce's outskirts, you will be absolutely fine in Monopoli.
There is a ton online about Puglia. In print, the Blue Guide to Southern Italy is exhaustive. What specifically did you want info about?

As mentioned in post 2, there are many excellent online and print guides to Puglia. We stayed in Monopoli in May 2023 and just used a public parking lot and street parking, no issues.
