Modern art in an old factory? Naples? Rome?

In my extended and enjoyable research for my upcoming month in Italy, I came across information on a contemporary art museum that was in an old factory or power station of some sort -- juxtaposing the modern with the old technology that was still resident in the building. Unfortunately, I didn't bookmark the website and now I can't remember it......I think it was in Naples, though it might have been Rome. Any suggestions of what I might have seen?

Yes, that's it! Thank you so much! I wasn't quite right in my description, but you found it for me anyway.

Chiara, thanks so much for this interesting topic. My husband worked almost his whole career in a hydro generating station and we’d love to see this exhibition/gallery and decommissioned hydro plant. Have been contemplating a return visit to Roma and this is just one more reason to plan our return.

One nice thing about Centrale Montemartini is that it's not on the tourist radar, so you'll probably have it pretty much to yourself. Great photo ops inside. (For others reading this, it's a decommissioned power plant with ancient Roman statues sprinkled throughout.

If you want to see some amazing modern art in an old(er) setting, check out Santa Maria Degli Angeli e Dei Martiri in Rome, next to the baths of Diocletian ruins and very close to Termini train station.

For other " strange" queries, look at Atlas Obscura for the citys you'd be visiting.
It's amazing what's out there.
