Where is the best balsamic tour in Modena? Is Acetaia di Giorgio okay? I'm thinking of going here since it's near the train station so it's convenient even if we don't have our own car. But I just want to make sure that this would not be too tourist infested.
Any suggestion of acetaia that you've been to would be much appreciated.

We went to Aceta di Giorgio and it was mainly a store. We also went to Villa San Donnino, about 12 miles from central Modena. It was a wonderful free tour in a beautiful setting where official Modena balsamic vinegar has been made for many years. It may might be worth taking a taxi there. Reservations needed at VillaSan Donnino. Will you be in Modena long? It's a beautiful town.
