Missing e-tickets for the Colosseum tours

I purchased Colosseum, Underground and Third Ring tour and Colosseum general admission tickets on Sept. 13, 2015 using the CoopCulture web site. I received a confirmation for the charged amount from UniCredit but I have not received a confirmation from CoopCulture nor have I received my e-tickets. I emailed CoopCulture after the charge cleared my credit company, notifying them of the problem but have yet to receive a reply. Has anyone else had problems receiving e-tickets from CoopCulture?

Hmmm... now that you say that I do remember this happened to me.

I'm looking at my old emails and I ordered them on 4/22 via phone. I emailed them on 5/5 since I did not have them in my email... I first used the "roma" address, then they email back and said to contact [email protected].

I did, and show my email to them on 5/5 and then this email address emailed me the tickets that day.

My experience with CoopCulture were pretty good and was as follows: First bought Underground and Third Ring English Tour online. It says in the information that you will not receive E-tickets but you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation code to show at registration desk. I did receive this e-mail.
Then I bought Colosseum general admission tickets, again online, and this time it said I would receive an e-mail with e-tickets attached. I subsequently received this e-mail too.The Unicredit info came a short while later.

Did you receive anything at all from CoopCulture? Showing them credit card charges seems like the way to go here.

If you purchased the tour and tickets at the same time you won't get an e-ticket. You cannot get e-tickets for tours or discounted tickets. For these types of tickets you must pick them up at the special events desk. For tours, you must check in and find out where your tour is meeting and for discounted tickets you must show proof of age eligibility. Full priced entry tickets are the only tickets you can print at home.

Just take your email with you and show it to the guard at the front of the lines. He will direct you to which line to go through to get to the proper window. You won't wait in the long ticket line. There may be one or two people in front of you but the wait is never more than just a few minutes.
