I purchased tickets through the official websites for "b tickets" for the Uffizi and Accademia. I was charged for the tickets but never received any confirmation or voucher emails stating my dates and times. I have sent an email to help@ bassilichi.it. I haven't heard back. My next step is to call. Anyone with this experience?
Linday, have you checked your junk/spam mail folder? I'm not sure it'll be the case for you but multiple posters have reported having their vouchers/confirmations for Italian attraction tickets/tours end up there.

Weird. You do need to show proof of the reservation/payment at both venues in order to exchange for tickets. I can't remember if this was a separate e-mail or just the printout of the payment.
We just returned from two weeks in Italy including Florence. I received an email confirmation for our Uffizi and Academia tickets but not anything with an actual voucher or tickets. I emailed them at the same address you used and received a reply the next day. They stated we should just use the confirmation email to pick up tickets which did work. I would recommend you try sending another email if you never received even a confirmation email.
