Very funny, Michael. L'Asino D'Oro is, by the by, in Orvieto.
There is also another dish in Italia called Aqua Cotta, literally, cooked water. It's better than it sounds since it's really soup, but what wonderful names...and, lest we forget, there's always Pasta Putenesca...anyone who hasn't heard of this one, could look it up.

We ate at a very good restaurant in Rome called "Asinocotto". "cotto" means "cooked." Figure it out. :-)
