Im from lithuania and got busted in perugia for riding Minimetro without a ticket, so whats The worse that can happen if i dont pay, will The fine follow me in my country or does it just disappear?

They'll send a couple of registered letters to the address you gave them, then, if you don't pay within 1 year, they will sell your debt to a lawyer who'll try to get as much money as possible from you.
If you are still in Perugia you'd better pay it within 5 days with the 30% discount, you would also avoid the administrative fees and the mailing costs of registered letters to Lithuania

Be a worthy person and go to the nearest post office and pay the fine. You will feel good about yourself.

No there isnt, only date, name, ID card number, country and the address of a friend im staying in Perugia and The amount of fine to pay, also signatures.

If, as I understand it, you are still in Italy, try paying the fine at the Post Office.
PS. Cannot your friend in Perugia help you?
