Can not get a response from this company promoted/mentioned in the Rome 2019 book. I have tried multiple times over the last few weeks using their message boards on the mobile app. Plus calling the phone numbers listed, during their hours of business- ‘not available’. Are they viable? 3 weeks to arrival & I need to book transports, 7 tours in Rome, Florence, & Naples. They seem to offer good choices but booking & responding to messages are not happening. On computer web sit I get theses survey pop ups. Anyone Help🥴

Miles & Miles Private tours also use cookies on their web site. When I’ve gone on to site the prices keep going up.

There are hundreds (maybe thousands) of tour company / guides for Rome, Florence, Naples as well as private transports. Pehaps it's time to choose somebody else?

Whenever I plan to use a private tour company, I always contact two or three. It’s not unusual for one of them not to respond- even those with great reviews or recommendations from guidebooks. I go with the one that responds quickly and professionally, seems to understand my needs, uses reasonable English, and so on. Haven’t gone wrong with this approach yet in places as diverse as Bangkok, Amsterdam, Zanzibar and Seoul! They should want my business more than I want to give it to them.
Time is running out for you. Try some other companies. You can find them by looking at past posts on this discussion board or looking at sites like TripAdvisor. Or just google.

They are legitimate - I communicated with them this spring (by email) when booking a guide for Rick. They do take bookings online. Is this not available for the type of booking you want? I have not had any survey pop-ups at www.milesandmiles.net.
