We're taking my 84-year old mother-in-law and a friend of hers on a mediterranean cruise in April and was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this company? I do see that they are listed buy RS in his book, so that was good enough for me to book them for a trip to the Vatican.

Robert, I myself have never used or even heard of Miles & Miles, but they have over 1200 reviews on Trip Advisor, virtually all "5 -- excellent!. They sound great, and active in various Italian cities. I hope that after your experience with them, you will report back to this forum. There are often requests here for recommendations for tour companies or individual guides, in Rome, Florence, Venice, etc.
