I assume there is a ZTL in Milan centre, but can't seem to find a map on the internet. Also, how does the Ecopass fit into that?? Does it replace the fine or is in addition to the fine??

From what I can determine, the Ecopass system is Milans take on the ZTL, with an attempt to make it seem to be part of a ecological movement. I would compare it more to London's fee for cars in the central zone than the typical Italian ZTL. We'd like to find more maps, but haven't been able to. If anyone has maps showing the exact locations of the other ZTLs, other than Florence, please post them here.
