I am interested in taking a walking tour of Milan. any recommendations as to the best company to use for this?
We have always had very good luck with going to the TI and getting the next walking tour or the next day. Always local guides, inexpensive, and convenient.
There is company that does all kinds of walking tours in Milan.
Here is the Link: http://www.viator.com/Milan-tours/Walking-and-Biking-Tours/d512-g16?pref=02&aid=g3659 I'm thinking about using them in August - just for convenience. I've been to Milan a couple of times, but the local guides always add so much more info.
I am not familiar with any tours in Milan, but suggest you check on Trip Advisor for a good list with reviews. Viator is a middle man seller, and not a tour company itself. You will pay them extra money for a tour you can find yourself. Bit of a rip-off.
