Has anyone walked from Piazza Duomo to Santa Maria delle Grazie (The Last Supper)? How far is it? Rick suggests taking the Metro or tram, which sounds simple, but I'm just curious how long it would take to walk. Thank you.

yes, it's absolutely walkable. I would estimate 20 minutes.

I agree, very walkable. I started at the Last Supper, walked to Castello Sforzesco, then down the pedestrian street (enjoyed all the posh shops), and arrived at the Duomo Square. I took my time and really enjoyed the walk. I walked the opposite direction - go for it !!! - I'm an avid walker....so I also walked from the Duomo, thru the city park and back to my hotel near the main train station.
Great city for walking.

Thanks for the information. I will be in Milan next month and planned to walk it so it's good to know how long it will take.
