Milan time management

I will be in Milan for only a day early June. Although I understand it is a lot to be seen in one day, I will like to squeeze in as much as possible, and then re-adjust as I go if necessary. I will like to visit Santa Maria delle Grazie, Chiesa de San Maurizio al Monastero Maggiore, Chiesa di Santa Maria presso San Satiro, Duomo and Galleia Victtorio Emanuele not to shop, but just to enjoy its beauty. I believe there is a Museum across from the Duomo which entrance will allow me a pick of Teatro alla Scala.
I have tickets to LUltima Cena at 12pm. Any suggestions as to what order should I do the above to maximaze the time? Also, I am staying by the Duomo, is it worth it to buy the City ticket for Milan since I will no be taking transportation other than Malpensa shuttle from and back to the airport. Thanks

S. Maria presso S. Satiro is so tiny that you can see it in a few minutes. I remember my art history teacher in high school speaking so long about the forced perspective panel, that when I actually got to see it I wondered what she had been really talking about. However, it is so close to the Duomo area that you won't be losing too much time. So begin from the central area - S. Satiro and Galleria, maybe Duomo if you start early enough. Walk to S. Maurizio (about 15 minutes from the Duomo) and then to S. Maria delle Grazie (another 10-15 minutes from S. Maurizio). Time your visits and walks to be at Cenacolo by your reserved time. Walk to Conciliazione or Cadorna metro stop and take back a metro to Duomo. You can visit Duomo in the afternoon if you had not enough time in the morning. If you skip the lunch you could even have a look at the Castello courtyard (in this case you take the metro back from Cairoli).

These are all walking distance apart in central Milan along with Cadorna station for trains to Malpensa. Just get to the Chiesa Santa Maria della Grazie well before your ticket time. After that, just go to whichever one is closest.

The best parts of a visit to the Duomo are the outside, especially the main facade as you emerge from the metro, and going up to the roof to wander among the spires, nice views too. From the Duomo, walk straight through the Galleria V.E. When you leave, there's a tiny park with a statue of Leonardo da Vinci. La Scala is just the other side of the park. You get to peek in at the auditorium and visit the interesting museum there.

Just to emphasize Chani's points about the Duomo. If you go inside, you may wonder if it's worth going up to the roof. It sure is, as it's quite amazing. Even if time is short, don't miss this.

Thank you all for your reply. One more thing, is it worth it to buy the $15 City Card for Milano even if I do not take public transportation? Do I get a discount to and from the Malpensa shuttle with it? Thanks again.
