Does anyone have any tips on the best way to obtain admission tickets for "The Last Supper" painting. They no longer utilize the private, "Ticketmaster" type reservations line. The only way I have found to reserve is directly through the online reservation system (which is not user-friendly or fast) or to call the location directly (over an hour wait during our most recent attempt). The window to purchase tickets is small, so if anyone has a recent experience or tips that may help, it would be most appreciated.

I bought them when we were there last month using this site. Tickets were emailed right to us.

Try vivaticket. Or start with cenacolo vinciano.org and follow the link to purchase tickets. This is the official website, I just checked.

Last September I had issues using the official site and ended up calling during their business hours. Even that took a few tries to get through and I used Skype to keep the international call inexpensive. Once I got through it was fast and easy to purchase the ticket. However, the website listed earlier works for most travelers.

My wife and I were in Milan last week and saw the last supper on a tour through www.autostradale.it. The price was 65 Euros and they guarantee admission to the last supper as part of the multi site tour. Our guide was excellent. I highly recommend it.
