Is there a website for securing tickets for Leonardo's Last Supper? (just finding a phone number) Best way to travel from Milan to Bellagio (renting a car not an option)?

From Milan, you can take the train to either Varenna on th eeast side of the lake, or Como on the west side, and catch a ferry to Bellagio. Verenna is probably a bit easier, in terms of the connection; the train station is witihin easy walking distance of the ferry dock.

Hi Mary Ellen. Below is the URL for official Last Supper Ticket website. http://www.vivaticket.it/index.php?nvpg&id_evento=298097&wms_op=cenacoloVinciano&SiteVersion=1&change_language=1 As Lola noted, probably the easiest/quickest way to get from Milan to Bellagio is train to Varenna then a short (15 minute) ferry ride to Bellagio. You could also go via the town of Como, but the ferry ride from there to Bellagio is much longer (an hour or two, depending on whether you take a fast boat or not.) If you do decide to go via Como, if you leave from Milan Cadorna you can take a train to the Como Nord Lago station, which is very close to where the ferries depart. The other Como train station (San Giovanni) is served by trains from Milan Centrale. San Giovanni is a bit out of town and more of a walk to the ferry. Hope you have a great trip!

You can use the website but I have found it much easier to telephone. There is a button choice to have an English speaker, they speak perfect English and are fast and efficient. Just remember the time difference.
