I am looking for the best way to get to Bellagio from the Milan Milpensa airport. In Rick Steve's ITALY 2008, he recommends the airport shuttle to the Central train station. How about the train out of Malpensa, changing in Saronno, then the hydrafoil from Como to Bellagio?

There is a train change at Saronno, and then an hour long hydrafoil ride up the lago. Maybe those are some of the complications. We will probably go Steve's way, to be safe.
