Has anyone tried VAT refund at Milan Malpensa Airport?
If I planned to check in all the VAT-refundable items, am I supposed to go to the Customs for inspection before check-in at the airline counter? It does seem so, based on https://www.airportmalpensa.com/tax-refund.php. However, I have read some online sources saying that I can go to Global Blue (and other tax refund counters) directly and they may or may not ask me to go the Customs.
Anyone knows the latest procedure of VAT refund?
