Any recommendations for a car service from Milan Malpensa Airport to Varenna? It's 1 hour 45 minutes and 60 miles. I know there is a train but I will have trouble with our luggage. Although I did see something online about luggage service.

We used Lake Como Transfers (https://lakecomotransfers.com/) for our trip in late September.
We were extremely happy with the service, which we used twice.
We originally booked a driver from Malpensa to Varenna, but due to Italian airport strikes, we changed our flight to Zurich, then caught a train to Como and were picked up there.
Again due to Italian train issues we needed a last minute driver from Varenna to Tirano, and Lake Como Transfers came to the rescue and provided us an excellent driver, who not only drove us to Tirano, but pretty well gave us a guided tour of the area along the way.
I highly recommend this company.
