Cheapest way, take the public #73 bus from the airport to end of the line, Piazza S.Babila. Hop on the metro at San Babila to Milan Central. 1 Euro, and the bus ticket is good for 90 mins, which means it is also good on the metro to Milan Central. ( need to transfer within the metro once to get to Central )Takes less than 1 hour total time. Easy and inexpensive.
