Has anyone ever called the call center to reserve tickets to view the Last Supper in Milan, rather than use the online reservation system? I need to call, but am nervous since I don't speak Italian. Any input/experience would be great. Thanks!

Don't be afraid, they speak English. They will sometimes have tickets when the site shows none available.

I scored a ticket this week for this coming Saturday--by myself, weekend in Milan, and took a chance and now will be in the last group of the day.

I tried calling the moment they released tickets for May/June to buy tickets... I also went online at the same time.
The first answer for their phone is in Italian, but the RS guidebook tells you what number to select to get an English speaker. I never got through. I never got through to someone, but I was able to buy my tickets online.
