Milan / Lake Como and the Cinque Terre at Easter

I will be in Milan over Easter... wondering what, if anything will be open on Easter Sunday? Was thinking maybe I should go to Lake Como for the day instead - but also wondering, what if anything will be open - including whether trains will be running? I am traveling from Milan to the Cinque Terre on Easter Monday, will trains be operating?
