I will be visiting Milan for two day with my sister and am wondering if anyone has done any of the walking tours? There is the "Best of Milan" tour and also "Historical Milan" tour....each being 3 hours.

I did the best of Milan tour and thought it was fine. I only did it because I wanted to see the Last Supper and it was the only way I could get a ticket. The tour spent most of the time at the Duomo and Last Supper. We had a charming guide, and I enjoyed the tour, but if not for the Last Supper, I would probably not bother.

Ditto. Take a tour that includes a visit to the Last Supper.
