Hi everyone, am looking at a flight from Milan Malpensa through Casablanca to Dulles on Royal Air Maroc. Has anyone traveled with them? If so what are your impressions?

That's pretty exotic, you should try asking on Flyer talk.
You might also look into something called "fifth freedom" flights, Emirates has one from Milan to JFK.

RAM has only ever come on my radar when they've had particularly attractive biz class fares. I've never pulled the trigger on it, but I have learned that the seats on their 787-8's are weird and generally disliked. (The 787-9's are more normal reverse herringbone.)

My son and his girlfriend flew to Portugal on it. I would not recommend. The flight went to Lisbon instead of Porto as booked. They lost my son’s luggage. To their credit, it was delivered to Porto the next day. The three hour layover in Casablanca turned into a three day layover when original flight was cancelled.
Need I say more?
