milan hotel with transportation to malpensa

Hi there- We will be spending the night before our 12:00 noon flight home in Milan and need a reasonable hotel recommendation that we can access via public transportation. We will be coming in from Rome, and are not sure if we should stay near the Central Station or perhaps out nearer the airport. Appreciate any suggestions!
