Are advance reservations now needed for the Milan Duomo and rooftop, even in October?
Hi Joyce Ann,
Here is the official Duomo website. There are various types of tickets.
https://www.duomomilano.it/en/
We just visited there in September, it was very busy. We took the elevator and the line was pretty quick. The terraces were well worth the ticket, if heights don't bother you.
Hi, Giangilberto from Milan, In that case, I would rely solely on the official Milan Cathedral website, I took a look, and for October, for example, there are already days where tickets are sold out. So, I’d suggest booking as soon as you can to avoid missing out.
Here is the link:

Once on the site, open the "buy tickets" link to reach the sales page, I would recommend getting the combined ticket for the Duomo, Museum, and Terraces. There are three options:

TERRACES with priority elevator ascent (descent via stairs)
