I take it the Metro line from the city center of Milan to Linate Airport is not yet complete. What are some ways that I might be able to get from the city center area to Linate?

We had our hotel (near Duomo) call a taxi for us. It was a quick trip and if I remember correctly, about 13 euros (this was a couple of years ago).

There is the Autostradale Bus that runs between Milano Centrale station, and the No 73 bus that runs from the south end of Piazza Diaz 2 blocks south of the Piazza Duomo.

Since it's close to the center of Milan (unlike Malpensa or Bergamo airports), a taxi is reasonable, but there are also buses.
