Milan Departure Day - Things I want to do, advice on things to do

We are returning our rental car to Hertz at Via Cappellini #21 probably between 1100 and 1200.
Our flight departs Malpensa at 2210.

I would like to:
Have an epic meal
Explore the roof of the Duomo
Maybe walk around the Galleria
see something else (not the Last Supper... been there, done that... wife was not that impressed).

Do you:
A: Think this is possible?

B: Have a recommendation for a place to get a full antipesto-risotto-secondi-contorno-dolci for our last day of two weeks?

C: Have an idea for something to do that's not big walking from the Duomo and doesn't take us too far from our exit to the airport.

D: What should the exit to the airport look like and how much time should I budget... an hour and change, plus 2.5 at the airport?

With 6 hours, you should have time to see the Duomo, Galleria , have early ( by Italian standards) dinner and leave for the airport around 1800

The biggest challenge may be finding a restaurant that opens early enough for a 5 course dinner that lets you leave for the airport around 1800-1830

Hopefully Hertz has made finding the return location easier to find than it was in 2010. The underground garage where you took the car was unmarked and their office was 3 blocks away. I spent more than an hour trying to find it. The hotel I was at was a 15 minute walk away

Yeah, I'm gonna do a deep google street view for the return of the car so it goes easy.

Due to the timing, I think the plan is to have the big meal be a lunch, rather than a dinner. Something around 1300, so we don't run up against the lunch dinner break problem.
