Milan, Cinque Terre and Paris in September

Hi,

I am traveling to Europe for business with a few days off to explore in between. I am hoping for some advice on travel arrangements. Dates I will be working 03-05 Sept (Amsterdam), 09Sept2015 all day on 08Sept all day at Ospedale Maggiore Policlinico, Milano, Italy and 14Sept2015 in Hopital de la Timone, Marseille, France.

I am considering the following itnierary:
03-05 Sept work and 06Sept2015 - day tour in Amsterdam
07-09 Sept work in Milan and visit with site on 9Sept2015 (must see Last Supper)
10-12 Sept Cinque Terra (Suggestions?)
13-14 Sept Hopital de la Timone, Marseille, France.

What are your thoughts?

04 Amsterdam - Work Day
05 Amsterdam - Work Day
06 Amsterdam - Free Day
07 Travel Day to Milan (fly)
08 Milan - Work Day
09 Milan - Work Day
10 Milan - Free Day (Lake Como ?)
11 Travel Day to Cinque Terre (train IC1533 direct service, departs Milan 08:10, arrives Monterosso 11:03)
12 Cinque Terre - Free Day
13 Travel to Marseille (fly from Pisa)
14 Marseille - Work Day
15 Marseille - Free Day (Avignon/Nimes ?)
16 Travel Day

Accommodation 11-13 Sep on Cinque Terre is now quite limited with short notice, so try Levanto.

There are no flights from Pisa to Marseille. Unless you fly via Paris or something, the only option is the train. Either way it's not a fast option.
