We are spending our last night in Italy in Milan near the Central train station. Any suggestions on train, bus, private transfer for an early morning flight from MXP?

It is real simple take the train the Malpensa Express from Milan Central train station

The first one leaves at 5:25 am and every 30 minutes after that

If possible, try to stay near Milan Cadorna station. The train trip to the airport would be 25 minute faster and your last night in Italy would be ten times nicer.

Cadorna was quite easy - smaller station, no stairs, 35 minutes to MXP Terminal 1. Trains leave :27 and :57 after the hour. We walked to the station the night before our departure and bought tickets from a staffed ticket counter just to make sure there would not be any complications trying to get to the airport early.

Well, I'd rather get tickets online Than walking around a train station during the night. Not that Cadorna is known for being dangerous, but ...

The evening walk to Cadorna Station was quite pleasant and we combined it with a visit to Sforzesco Castle which is practically across the street.

We've been using Blacklane for the last few trips, but they are not as cheap as the train or bus. We are in our 70s and prefer door-to-door service.
