This is easy:

  1. Take the airporter bus into Milano Centrale. You don't specify whether you're arriving and MXP or LIN, but it doesn't matter, since there is airporter bus service from both airports.

  2. Take a Ferrovie dello Stato train from Milano Centrale to your destination. Depending on your final destination, you may need to connect either at La Spezia, Genova, or somewhere in-between. Not all Cinque Terre stations have direct train service from Milano Centrale. Look up trains and fares on the Trenitalia website, and you'll see all possible connections. Remember to allow enough time at Milano Centrale to buy your ticket (either at the manned windows or at an automated ticket kiosk), and then to walk leisurely to your train track. Don't worry about advance seat reservation, unless you happen to be arriving on a peak travel day during before September 15, or perhaps a Friday or Sunday afternoon or Monday morning.
