What is the best way to get from the Milan Airport to Stresa?

It depends of what you mean by best
The fastest way is by car (either rental car or private transfer)
The Safduemila Alibus (google it and you'll see the website) is another cheaper option that is almost as fast (55 instead of 45 min by car) but not very frequent.
Another option is the taxi to Gallarate train station (10 min ride) then a train from Gallarate to Stresa. This last option is as fast as the bus, but more frequent, however the 10 min taxi ride is not cheap (over 30€)
