We are fling into Milan Malpensa on Monday and renting a car returning it Friday. We have a B&B booked in La Mora near Alba. Any helpful hints or itineraries for the region. We like food and wine. 1/2 a day or so in Turin... It's truffle season. Truffle hunting wine tasting, Spas in Acqui Terme?? Any recommendations?

Hi Michael Spent 10 days in Turin this summer for the WMG, loved the city, not a lot of tourists, food and wine are excellent and not overpriced.
We ate at these 2 places for a special dinner, and both places were very good. L'Acino and Birichin. You might want to check out the Eataly store, the big one is easily reachable by metro but there is a smaller one in the city center.
