Michelin Starred Restaurants in Italy

Go to www.viamichelin.com

Select restaurants at the top. Then when this page loads search for Italy on the left. Then when the italian restaurants load click on the refine button under the search field. You can then search for , bib gourmand, one star, two star etc etc

Alternatively, instead of entering Italy in the search field you can enter a city eg. Rome and then use refine to find the one star etc restaurants in that city. This is likely to be more useful to you.

go to viamichelin. com
select Restaurants from the top ribbon
to the left and Where, input the city you're interested in
under Refine click the rating, such as 1 star; you'll have to do this separately for each rating
It's all there, well almost as good as having the Michelin Red book itself.

I think you're smart to consult the experts at Michelin, who consider more than just "it tasted good" when they rate a restaurant.

Italy has only a few restaurants with more than one Michelin star, but the bib gourmand category is a good bet for most days.
