Michelin star restaurant in Venice?

Any suggestions for a Michelin star restaurant in Venice? My son and I will be there for his thirteenth birthday and he is very intrigued by the idea of a Michelin star restaurant. (He loved The Hundred Foot Journey and watches Anthony Bourdain all the time.). Neither of us is picky. But obviously I'm not looking for a "romantic" spot and wouldn't want to go somewhere that wouldn't welcome a well-behaved teenager. I will check out all the reviews I find, but thought I would also ask here.

Thank you!

Love the sarcasm.

I have never been to one in Italy, but some of my best meals ever have been at Michelin starred restaurants. Don't knock it until you've tried.

Again, I haven't tried it myself, but I plan on trying Il Ridotto when I visit in August. I'll probably opt for dinner, but it has a three course 28 Euro set lunch that looks to be a pretty good value if you plan on just getting your feet wet.

Il Ridotto for lunch is a wonderful suggestion. Thank you so much!
