Travelling to Florence in latter part of June.How far in advance do we need to book for David? Thanks.

Hi Margaret. we were in florence May 18-20 and things were very busy. I would suggest that you get a reservation as soon as possible. if you're staying in florence your hotel can make the reservation for you. One hint. we had an 8:15 am res which is when the Accademia opens. We were in the first group let it, and well others tried to get oriented we followed the Rick Steve's tour suggestion and turned left into the room with David. for a couple of minutes my wife and I were the only two people in the room with David...kind of an awesome feeling. enjoy...florence is a remarkable city

Never too early and you are a month or so away, and during the start of high season. Book immediately.

Book as soon as you are sure of your dates for all Florence Museums.
