Metrodelmare

Traveling soon to the Amalfi Coast. Does anyone know if the metrodelmare is up and running or if there is an alternate boat ride back to Sorrento?

There is no Metro del Mare service, so far, this year. Local towns are talking to local boat operators to see if something can be cobbled together for the peak months. Shortage of money for the very high public subsidy is the issue. I read somewhere that it is 20 euro per ticket. Return from where? There is a limited Alicost service Sorrento/Positano/Amalfi. http://www.alicost.it/content/?id=6
