Mestre Taxi's

This will be the third trip to Venice and have always arrived by train directly to St. Lucia Station . This time we have to leave Venice to Mestre to catch a taxi to the airport. My questions is - are there taxi's right at Mestre?

When you exit the station, right in front of the station on Viale Stazione, there is a long line of taxis at the taxi stand.
Across the street there is the Hotel Plaza and a Best Western, there might be some taxis also in front of those hotels.
