We are meeting at FCO, arriving different morning times and will be taking the train to Roma Termini. Can you suggest a good meeting place as I know it can be REALLY crowded and busy there. Thanks

One additional observation. If there are 3 or more of you and you are going to a hotel in Rome it might be cheaper and more convenient to take a taxi directly from the airport.
The taxi fare from the airport to any place in the city center is a flat €48 (all inclusive)
The train ticket from FCO to Roma Termini is €15 per person (one way).
The time of travel is comparable or better with a taxi once you consider that the taxi will drop you off at the hotel's door.
