How can I purchase online tickets for the medici/riccardi palace?

Also, any recommended escorted day trips to Pisa/tuscany that include lunch/dinner?

I don't see a reason to. I walked up to the counter two days ago and bought a ticket. This afternoon I saw people just walking in also. Great place to visit!
