Does anyone know why May 2 is shown as "Not scheduled" on the official site? Is it a Free day ?? I was up at 9:30 local time today trying to book tickets for that day -- it showed a few time spots in green but upon click the slots I always got "vivaticket sales have been temporarily suspended or closed" error messages. I went back to bed and checked a couple hours later, and the entire day of May 2 is now shown as "not scheduled". Are they making it a free day as part of Leonardo 500 year celebration? Of course I tried calling the reservation number numerous times and never got through. Thanks in advance!

I had a similar experience this morning. See my rant below.
After trying to get tickets online MULTIPLE times, and making MULTIPLE phone attempts, somehow I was able to get through once online and order and pay for a pair of tickets.
This has to be the worst designed and operated website/ sales site in the history of the internet.

FINALLY!!! After calling 50+ times via cell phone & VOIP, I was able to get through and secure 2 tickets with guided tour! So it turned out May 2 is FREE DAY and I only had to pay 7 euro for the guided tour! I only wish they had announced it earlier to save myself from the agony of battling the website at 4:30am...
