We are scheduled to fly into Verona on May 11th. Is Verona airport likely to be affected by the strike?

Possibly - it's an air traffic cntrol strike which may affect much of Italy.

I would plan on your flight being disrupted or cancelled. You may want to have a plan B just in case it is cancelled. Where does your Verona flight originate, in the US or in Europe?
