We're trying to book a family room for four people from May 13-17 2013, at Palazzo Rosa (Venice) but their website won't let us pay with any credit card but Mastercard. We have Visa. Any other recommendations? Also, we are looking for lodging Cinque Terra, May 25-27th Three people and we're willing to share a room. Our budget is $200 per night and we are willing to stay in rooms available from small businesses. Jane P.S. This is our first time to Italy we are so excited. We have new backpacks with wheels from Rick, several of his travel books, and lots of video's we have viewed.

There are many many MANY great hotels in Venice...you have many other options. The Palazzo Rosa gets mostly good reviews but there are a few from reliable reviewers who say it's not a great place.
