Masseria recommendation in Puglia?

What are your favorite masserie (or is it masseries?) in Puglia that serve amazing dinners in the Valle D’Itria and Savelletri areas?

I'm looking for a masseria to stay at in September with my husband and 2 year old son, ideally around $175-300 a night but I would go as high as $450 a night. I am looking for one with excellent breakfasts that also serves dinner. We stayed at an amazing agriturismo (Agriturismo Marciano in Tuscany) that had communal farm to table dinners with wine and I am hoping to find somewhere similar. We will have a car. A pool would be nice but is not a dealbreaker.

We will be in Puglia for two weeks so will probably pick 2 or 3 bases. I was thinking one in Valle D’Itria and one in the Savelletri area. We will also stay at a hotel in Matera (not sure where yet).

For the Savelletri area, do you have any recommendations for somewhere to stay that would be close to a beautiful sandy beach and/or beach club appropriate for a 2 year old?

Thank you!

We loved Masseria Montenapoleone near Fasano. Delicious breakfasts, but no dinners, although they had a communal kitchen well stocked with olive oils, seasonings, etc. so you could cook there if you'd like. A couple of good restaurants were just a 5 minute drive, including one overlooking the sea at Torre Canne. We saw Elton John and Lady Madonna there ... they were in Puglia for Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel's wedding (in 2012?) at the nearby Borgo Egnazia. You might want to check out that as well.

Torre Canne had a bit of a beach, but the masseria had a lovely shallow pool with views of the ocean. Perfect for a 2-year-old. It was a wonderful place, well located for easy day trips to Alberobello and Locorotondo and other villages.

We stayed here in 2022 and loved it! It has a swimming pool and the most amazing dinners & breakfasts. The staff was very friendly. Nice areas for your little one to run around. https://www.masseriacervarolo.com

We did a lot of research and truly enjoyed our stay there. They also had a drop-in afternoon cooking class while we were there.
