Is this town worth two days visit? Any advice on lodging and local guide?

One day Is probably enough, we just wandered around, I don't think you'd need a guide really.

Well, I'm not a guide but I'd prefer to see the The Dancing Satyr rather than some fish. Even if both were heroically pulled out from the waters by Mazara's fishermen... :D

Thank you to both of you : I will be traveling from Agrigento to Marzara and wanted to see the markets, the temples and visit the best seafood restaurant. I am an owner and teacher of an International cooking school so food are very important to me . I am still looking for local tour ( Air B&B) offered it but just wondering if you all going on any interesting tours also. I want to know details information of the place and also the market and the people so I put aside two days for this town. ( I have one month time in Sicily with a side trip to Puglia to learn how to make breads. Thanks.
