Has anyone ever stayed in Martina's rooms? She was listed in earlier RS. She has a double with bath without a view whe we will be there and I was curious how it might be. Her building in right on the square. Thanks

I stayed in her rooms about a year and a half ago. It's simple and no-frills but fine, clean, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. No TV in the room but bath and mini-fridge. The room without a view must be on the back of the building. It's not my favorite place that I've ever stayed but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and I'd stay there again. Most of the rooms, like many in Vernazza, are up a LOT of STEEP (I mean STEEP) stairs. Just something you should be aware of.
