Marco Polo this Saturday, 7:40a flight out, need help with transport please

We are now headed into Venice from Lucca, finishing up our amazing 2 week Italy itinerary.

Through a series of unfortunate flight changes, we are now leaving at 7:40a this Saturday. My family of 4 is staying at an apartment in the Castello area. We plan to use the ACTV bus to get to the apartment from the train station.

I'm thinking the best option might be hiring/scheduling a water taxi, and I realize this might be expensive.

Does anyone have experience with taking the airport bus from Piazzale Roma that early?

The bus leaves P. le Roma starting at 4:20

4.20 fF 5.00 fF 5.40 fF 6.20 fF

The Vaporetto starts early enough to use the bus. You could arrive about 2 hrs before flight

Although we started this trip with only one piece of small luggage each, we have now accumulated a total of 5 suitcases.

Any water taxis you can recommend by chance? Thank you!

Another quick question: are there land taxis available at Piazzale Roma? If so, would that be faster than the bus?
