Where are you flying in and out? (or arriving by land via...) How many days do you have? Will you have a car?

I would start with perusing the region's official tourism website:
https://www.turismo.marche.it/
For some reason the English version is not working for me now, maybe it's temporarily unavailable. But the Italian site is working well and you can see the images of what there is to see for now.

Also do a search as I know I have listed guide books that cover the area a couple times.
There is the main Italy tourism site as well. https://www.italia.it/en/marche
But transport makes a huge difference in this area--there is no way to make a one size fits all recommendation without knowing that.
